Brenda Visselli Duarte started her career at KBS more than 13 years ago, working her way up from a retail crew member to her current position as a Regional Zone Manager in Southern California, overseeing several locations.
Brenda credits the KBS culture, meeting new people, and a unique family-like atmosphere for staying at the company so long.
"To me, I feel like the KBS culture is a family," she said. "Our colleagues see us as brothers or sisters, and it’s not always work, work, work. I feel like it is a second home."
