National Facility Services Leader Achieves Significant Client Growth While Expanding Service Footprint by 30% Year-Over-Year

Oceanside, CA (January 30, 2025) – KBS, a trusted partner to leading operations and facility managers across North America, today announced strong year-end results for 2024 as a growing number of large, multi-site organizations continue to find unmatched value in the company’s ‘Nationally Strong, Locally Great’ approach to facility services. This approach combines local leadership and expertise with the resources and cost advantages of a national leader.

During 2024, KBS deployed services to over 24,000 new client sites which is a 30% increase compared to the previous year, while boosting both janitorial and exterior maintenance services by a significant margin. Additionally, KBS successfully renewed 94% of its expiring contracts, highlighting the company’s trusted relationships and commitment to operational excellence.

“These results reflect the strength of our differentiated solutions and the quality of our service delivery,” said Mark Minasian, CEO of KBS. “We continue to make strategic investments in key verticals, innovative technology, and exceptional talent that are driving the next phase of growth in our company. We are extremely proud of the dedication of our hard-working teams and grateful for the ongoing trust of our clients.”

As the largest privately held facility provider in North America, KBS services more than 2 billion square feet of space daily. Our crews leverage proprietary technology and advanced equipment that drive operational efficiency, increase client value and transparency, and provide significant sustainability benefits.
