Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) today announced that Ray Smith has joined the company as Vice President, Exterior Services, effective Oct. 16. In this capacity, he will lead the Exterior Services division and oversee our portfolio of exterior services, which includes parking lot sweeping and maintenance, snow plowing and removal, landscaping and other related services.
Ray has 15 years of experience in the exterior services area of the facilities management industry. He joins KBS from an exterior services provider for large multi-site commercial property managers where he helped expand their business to become a national provider. He has experience in building relationships with customers, working closely with vendors, and developing new business opportunities.

Ray holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
