The Customer needed to maintain the highest quality, cleanest possible environment for its patients, faculty, staff, and students. They wanted to improve the type, quality and response times for custodial services, and needed to achieve goals with a decreased budget.
Solution:
KBS provided proactive reporting, formal inspections on a regular basis and 24/7/365 availability to respond to unexpected issues. A dedicated Strategic Account Manager was assigned to streamline communication between the customer and KBS. An on-site supervisor was put in place to immediately report and address issues.
Results:
KBS demonstrated great flexibility in meeting the needs of the customer and immediately improved the quality of custodial services with faster response times to non-scheduled issues.
